性能特點(diǎn)：

1. 變壓器與焊鉗連為一體，優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄造鋁合金（ZL104）機(jī)身，具有重量輕，體積小、出力大、高效節(jié)能

2. 電極臂全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鉻鋯銅（CuCr1Zr），并加裝了鋁合金護(hù)套，保證了焊接性能的穩(wěn)定性、焊機(jī)使用的壽命及電極臂的強(qiáng)度。同一種機(jī)型的電極臂可任意互換，做到一機(jī)多用。

3. 焊接變壓器采用了U型鐵芯，與其他公司的E型鐵芯相比，降低了電磁渦流產(chǎn)生的耗損，保證了焊接質(zhì)量。

4. 氣動(dòng)加壓系統(tǒng)為我公司自行設(shè)計(jì)的大口徑鋁合金氣缸筒，焊機(jī)出力更大（電極壓力高），從而保證了焊點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度,特別是焊接中厚板時(shí)，效果更好。

5. 懸掛裝置配合彈簧平衡器及相適應(yīng)的輕便型滑軌滑車(chē)，可在X、Y、Z三維空間作上、下、左、右、前、后任意方向的移動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，操作極為輕便靈活，實(shí)現(xiàn)了全位置全方向的焊接操作。
